It is with deep humility and gratitude that I serve as Senior Director of the Adrian Dominican Institute for Mission, Teaching, and Learning. In a time marked by division, uncertainty, and rapid change, it is more important than ever to advance the values that arise from our Dominican heritage: Seeking truth through study and dialogue, learning through engagement with those whose experiences differ from our own, and committing ourselves to the common good.
At 糖心传媒, we understand education as a transformative practice, one that invites both professional excellence and personal growth through reflection, inquiry, and lived experience. The work of the Institute supports faculty and staff as educators, leaders, and lifelong learners, fostering opportunities to integrate mission into teaching, learning, and daily practice, and to advance social justice through thoughtful action and principled leadership.
This work is inspired and sustained by the enduring legacy of our sponsors, the Adrian Dominican Sisters, a courageous community of women whose intelligence, joy, persistence, and faith led to the establishment of the first Catholic university for women in the American South. The Sisters have always answered the call to serve, standing at the forefront of educational innovation, social justice, and environmental stewardship. Their leadership continues to guide us as we seek truth, build inclusive community, and care for our common home.
I invite you to explore the work of the Institute, engage in our programs and initiatives, and join us in carrying forward this living legacy with hope, purpose, and shared responsibility.
